World Down Syndrome Day

At the college on Tuesday we were asked to raise awareness for Down Syndrome by wearing our craziest and most colourful odd socks. This idea was created because a chromosome looks like a sock and people with Down syndrome have an extra chromosome. I like to wear my odd socks for my cousin Zachary who loves to sing and dance and is the kindest person I know he always has a beaming smile on his face and I like to raise awareness for him and other people with Down syndrome.
