Year 11 Geography students were given the fantastic opportunity to put their theory and case study knowledge into practice this week when they visited the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park in Stratford, east London. The focus of the day was to find out if Olympic Park regeneration has improved the lives of the local people, socially, economically and environmentally.

They also had the opportunity to carry out human Geography fieldwork, a GCSE requirement, by collecting a range of primary data. All topped off with lunch in Westfield Stratford! An excellent day was had by all.
