Train to Teach

Get into teaching and reach your potential

Our Three Virtues

Success

We make a deep rooted commitment to aspiring for all that is best for students and staff in our alliance and in schools we work with.

Leadership

We believe to be 'outstanding in every way' we need to have exceptional teachers and school leaders.

Faith

As a group of schools we have a special commitment to supporting and developing faith schools.

Why us?

Put simply, we believe that teaching is a wonderful profession and we are fully committed to ensuring that we share this passion and provide you with the right opportunities to develop as outstanding teachers for the future. We guarantee an interview for any relevant post in a partnership school for those on the programme with us.

We commit to training and supporting teachers at every level. This broad commitment involves actively supporting people considering teacher training and walking alongside them in their journey up to supporting those moving towards senior leadership and headship.

Train to Teach

We asked some teachers at one of our schools a simple question: Why do you teach?
